Sony's Xperia Z2 has a 20.7 MP camera loaded with a ton of fun and useful features. It's got a slo-mo mode, panorama, AR effect, Creative Effect, burst mode and a whole lot more. But perhaps most impressive on using the camera is the quality of images when you choose a lower resolution setting.
