BLU's latest device, the BLU Vivo IV is the company's latest flagship device. Based on the Gionee S5.5, its the world's thinnest device at 5.5mm and packs some flagship specs. For starters, a 1.7GHz Octa-Core Processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP Camera, and a design constructed with metal and Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
